Native Instruments’ Maschine fully integrates the best of vintage old school “hands-on” hardware and forward thinking software flexibility. More than just a “beat making” box, Maschine’s flexible software / hardware combo offers sampling, plug-in hosting, MIDI to Audio conversion via drag and drop, and a lot more. Whether on stage or in the studio, stand alone or hosted in your DAW of choice, the topics covered in this course will help everyone getting started with Maschine – even if you are not a total beginner.
Each of our workstations includes the new Maschine Mikro and an assortment of software, including Komplete Elements. There will also be a full-sized Maschine on hand, but feel free to bring yours too. We’ll start with the basics of the software, and then quickly move into various hardware workflows. We will primarily focus on stand-alone functionality, and make sure that everyone is comfortable with all of the essential features, plus useful tips and tricks.
This course also prepares you for Maschine 202, which features extensive DAW integration workflows and more intermediate to advanced concepts.
(You get $75 off Maschine 202 if you complete NIM 101.)
