Ableton Live Producer Program – Summer 2012

Want to learn Ableton Live in just a few short months? This bundle includes our three core Ableton Live courses for a great rate. Go through Live 101, Live 202, and Live 303 in about 10 weeks.

To get the most out of this accelerated program, you should also plan on having at least 5-10 hours a week of time for practice. If you want to take it a little slower, our evening courses meet once a week.

Ableton Live 101 – Ableton Certified Training

Ableton Live is fun, powerful, flexible, spontaneous, and elegant – but often confounding to new users. There are just a few concepts required for understanding what Live is about, and this course covers all of Live’s fundamental concepts. While Ableton Live 101 is designed for musicians and DJs that are new to Live, it is a highly valuable course for non-beginners too.

Ableton Live 202 – Record, Edit, Mix

[Next start May 23rd]. Once you have all of Live’s fundamentals under your belt, it’s time to dig deeper. This intermediate level course covers various audio and MIDI recording techniques for stage and studio. After capturing your performances, edit and arrange them to finish your idea.

Ableton User Groups – WinkSound Video Tutorials

In October 2011, Devotion Gallery hosted two official Ableton User Groups. WinkSound was on hand to capture video of the events, which also included interviews with the presenters – Greg ‘Cosmo D’ Heffernan and Devotion Learn Instructor Adriano Clemente. The result is 7 video tutorials, based on topics covered during the events, and featuring bits from Q&A / interviews with Greg and Adriano.
